The micro spray dryer has a liquid spraying volume of 300-600ml/h, and the atomization method of two fluid nozzles can make liquid materials without impurities and large particles such as solutions and emulsions dry into powder products through spray. The experimental process is intuitive, easy to adjust, and easy to clean, making it an ideal choice for product research and development institutions such as universities, research institutes, industrial and mining enterprises, and pharmaceutical factories.
The material liquid is pumped to the two fluid nozzle, and the velocity difference between the compressed air and the material liquid at the nozzle is utilized to atomize the material liquid into countless tiny droplets, which are then mixed with the hot air introduced by the air separator in the drying tower to quickly exchange heat and mass. The product is dried into powder in a very short time and collected by the material cylinder at the bottom of the tower or cyclone separator.
